convenient location , friendly staff
helpful location pleasant staff water station
the location near the main train station was very helpful , especially when traveling with luggage. i found the front desk staff to be very pleasant and helpful. the water filling station in the breakfast room was a nice touch , i could refill my bottle as needed.

an ok stay
helpful staff central location dirty carpet slow drain
i found the staff to be very helpful. they were always willing to assist. the location was also quite central and convenient for getting around.
The carpet in my room was noticeably dirty. it made me hesitant to remove my shoes. also, all the plumbing in the bathroom drained very slowly. Using the bath was not really an option. it would quickly fill with dirty water, and then it would take ages to empty.

excellent city stay!
great proximity friendly staff super clean room helpful staff
i loved the hotel's proximity to public transport, it made getting around so easy. the triple room facing the courtyard was spacious. i found the staff helpful and friendly at all times. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me, especially the super clean room.
the courtyard view was slightly obstructed, but it really didn't impact my stay at all.

the room had modern furnishings and effective soundproofing. i enjoyed having a large window that let in a good amount of natural light. the beds were comfortable. plenty of space was available for luggage.

the reception staff provided immediate assistance with my queries. they were knowledgeable about local attractions. check-in was quick. i got directions without issues. the concierge gladly stored my luggage before my check-in time.

the breakfast included a wide array of options. it had both hot and cold dishes. fresh fruit and pastries were available daily. i found plenty of gluten-free alternatives, a big plus for me.

lovely staff front desk kettle amenity unpleasant area no air conditioning noisy room
the staff at the front desk are lovely. she is a very cool lady. i received a kettle for the room and i was grateful for it.
the area felt a little unpleasant. the room did not include air conditioning. the room got noisy when i opened the windows.
