reasonable stay with some issues
great location helpful staff local restaurant small room noisy atmosphere absurd price
the location was really good. it was close enough to the main attractions but not too noisy. i also found the staff helpful and willing to provide some recommendations. they suggested a nice local restaurant near the isartor gate.
the room was quite small even though i paid extra for a nicer one. i found the prices absurd considering the hotel quality. i've paid less for luxurious five-star hotels in other cities.

central stay!
convenient location good selection attentive staff great quietness
i found the location very convenient, with access to the city. breakfast offered a really good selection of items. the hotel staff were also very attentive to my needs. i especially liked the cleanliness and quietness .
The air conditioning did not cool the room as much as i would have liked. It was slightly warmer than ideal.

the hotel has a quiet atmosphere, which i found conducive to relaxation after a busy day. cleanliness standards are clearly maintained throughout the premises. the structure provided good sound insulation from external noise, and it helped a lot.

the breakfast service offered a varied selection of options. i saw many different types of food. fresh ingredients were used, and the presentation looked really nice. the staff always maintained the buffet well stocked.

the staff were very attentive, and it made a difference. they promptly addressed my inquiries. the team showed genuine concern ' comfort! they were very polite and helpful during my whole stay.

the proximity to key areas makes this location quite desirable. easy walking distance to points of interest is definitely a plus. the area surrounding the hotel feels both safe and easily accessible to transport links.

coffee facilities mini bar spacious room
The room included coffee making facilities I found a mini bar with complimentary water and soft drinks I also appreciated the spaciousness of my room. Breakfast offered a very excellent selection I noted the staff provided attentive service I found the breakfast staff particularly excellent.
The outdated decor in the room was noticeable.

Decent Stay in a Convenient Location
breakfast selection convenient location slow wifi small bed
The breakfast selection was amazing. I am a big fan of variety and freshness. The location is very convenient. A short walk led me right to the Isartor train station. This made getting around very simple.
The wifi connection was a bit slow. It struggled with video calls. the bed was smaller than I expected. I felt a little cramped during the nights.

central location good selection disappointing menu inedible food
the location was very central yet quiet all the sights were reachable by foot from the hotel the breakfast had a very good selection nothing seemed too much trouble
the room service menu was disappointing the food i ordered was inedible my husband felt unwell we chose room service since it was snowing outside the hotel shouldn't offer a service it cannot adequately provide

Acceptable stay with drawbacks
outdated curtains leaky shower
The room décor felt dated, especially the curtains. A more modern touch would benefit the hotel. The shower head also leaked. This was a minor inconvenience. I expected better maintenance.
