i found the location very convenient, with access to the city. breakfast offered a really good selection of items. the hotel staff were also very attentive to my needs. i especially liked the cleanliness and quietness .
The air conditioning did not cool the room as much as i would have liked. It was slightly warmer than ideal.

the hotel has a quiet atmosphere, which i found conducive to relaxation after a busy day. cleanliness standards are clearly maintained throughout the premises. the structure provided good sound insulation from external noise, and it helped a lot.

the breakfast service offered a varied selection of options. i saw many different types of food. fresh ingredients were used, and the presentation looked really nice. the staff always maintained the buffet well stocked.

The room included coffee making facilities I found a mini bar with complimentary water and soft drinks I also appreciated the spaciousness of my room. Breakfast offered a very excellent selection I noted the staff provided attentive service I found the breakfast staff particularly excellent.
The outdated decor in the room was noticeable.

The breakfast selection was amazing. I am a big fan of variety and freshness. The location is very convenient. A short walk led me right to the Isartor train station. This made getting around very simple.
The wifi connection was a bit slow. It struggled with video calls. the bed was smaller than I expected. I felt a little cramped during the nights.

the location was very central yet quiet all the sights were reachable by foot from the hotel the breakfast had a very good selection nothing seemed too much trouble
the room service menu was disappointing the food i ordered was inedible my husband felt unwell we chose room service since it was snowing outside the hotel shouldn't offer a service it cannot adequately provide

outdated curtainsleaky shower
The room décor felt dated, especially the curtains. A more modern touch would benefit the hotel. The shower head also leaked. This was a minor inconvenience. I expected better maintenance.
