I found the hotel to be very well-kept with friendly staff throughout my stay. they readily supplied water, a simple but thoughtful amenity. my room was near the main train station and shopping areas. I appreciated this convenience. i found management quick to resolve an issue with the shower. They came with the right tools to fix it right away.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I clearly heard hallway noises and conversations.

The staff were helpful! They knew a lot about the local area. They suggested great restaurants and sightseeing spots. I felt safe as a solo traveler.
The noise from nearby rooms was quite noticeable. I could hear conversations and the television sometimes. Better soundproofing would greatly improve the stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
I booked this assuming a certain level of comfort, but it fell short. There was no refrigerator in the room (seriously, is that still a thing?) and the lack of this amenity was quite inconvenient. The surrounding area also felt a bit unsafe at night, not the most relaxing atmosphere to return to after a day out.
