Satisfactory Hotel Experience
convenient location necessary facilities clean room temperature control heater absence repair attempt
The location near the S-bahn station was certainly convenient. I found the room equipped with all the necessary facilities. The room was clean. That was important.
I noticed that the room temperature control was not working. Staff tried to repair it, but it still did not work. They offered a heater. It never arrived in my room.

Convenient and Well-Equipped
convenient location corner couch equipped room
The hotel is located very close to the Deutsche Museum. Two different train stations are within easy walking distance. I found some restaurants were easily accessible from the hotel. The room was nicely equipped, and I liked the corner couch.
I noticed a slight inconvenience. The housekeeping service didn't replenish drinking water, so I had to request it at the reception.

Breakfast offered many options, so it should satisfy most people. I saw a good cafe with sweet and savory choices available. The open kitchen also had hot freshly cooked dishes available each morning. The area was clean.

Convenient Location and Clean Rooms
central station cozy room hospitable staff wonderful breakfast
the location was very convenient because it was easy to get to from the central station. i found the facilities very nice with clean, cozy rooms offered at a great price. i thought the staff was lovely and very hospitable. the breakfast was wonderful it set me up for the day
the temperature control in the room did not seem to work properly. they tried to repair it but it was still not effective . they offered a heater, however, it never arrived to the room

the breakfast offered a large variety of foods and drinks. multiple elevators increased guest travel to and from rooms and the lobby. the staff were friendly and greeted me regularly.

poor cleaning insufficient cooling
I was initially impressed. The location is near public transport. Breakfast had many choices. I found issues in the room though. The air conditioning barely cooled the room. The daily cleaning was substandard. I found the lack of attention to detail disappointing.

useful supermarket convenient parking
the supermarket below the hotel was quite useful. parking was convenient. there were plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel, and it was a nice walk into the city centre.
The towels were on the thinner side.
