subway access car rental lobby decoration
the direct access to the subway was helpful. i could easily navigate the city without stepping outside. sixt car rental being next to the reception made picking up my rental car very straightforward. also , the lobby decorations created a cute first impression.
the noise from the courtyard during a party was noticeable in my room. it disrupted the peace i hoped to find after a long day.

the hotel is near the train station. it made travel convenient. my room was clean. it also featured a comfortable bed. the staff provided very helpful directions.
the television had limited english entertainment.

The breakfast team had quick service. i found housekeeping to be very quiet. especially, the egg guy made a great omelet and communicated clearly. We loved the service. he was great.

s-bahn connection spacious room helpful staff
the hotel's location proved very convenient, offering easy access to various parts of the city (the s-bahn connection was a plus). the room was spacious, very clean, and well kept. i found the staff helpful, particularly when i needed directions.
the television offered a limited selection of english channels, i would have liked a better variety.

friendly staff central location executive upgrade
I would return here because the staff are friendly, the location is central, and the room is comfortable. The executive upgrade was appreciated. I found it very convenient to access the metro and shops directly from the hotel using the elevator located between the bar and restaurant. Happy hour and breakfast were perfect before heading out each day.

acceptable location, a few hiccups
the train station access from the hotel proved useful when travelling around.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly, so the room was uncomfortably warm . I reported this, but it was never fixed (this was quite annoying).

Wonderful Stay at Convenient Location

I appreciated the hotel's location. I could easily walk to the virtual market and marienplatz. feeling safe in the area was a plus. a grocery store across the street proved very convenient. the hotel offered cleanliness and a well kept environment. i had a slight issue, but the front desk manager addressed it professionally. the executive lounge access was beneficial. they offered limited snacks, wine, beer and 4 different spirits.
i found the lack of complimentary water in the room a slight inconvenience.

the location proved ideal for accessing shops, restaurants, and the city center. the isar river was also within easy reach. the subway station being adjacent to the hotel adds to its accessibility. walking distance to points of interest was reasonable.
