The location proved quite convenient for accessing key sites. The staff members were consistently helpful . Breakfast offered a wide selection of food items. The air conditioning in my room worked well.
I found the street noise quite noticeable late into the night. My room had limited electrical outlets for charging devices. It was inconvenient.

The room i was assigned felt rather cramped. The queen bed was pushed right up against two walls. this meant someone had to climb over the other to get in and out. also, finding power outlets was a challenge. There were only two in the entire room. The front desk service varied greatly, some were helpful, others not so much.

the lobby and bar offered lovely social spaces. cakes served in the bar were fabulous. i found the staff very helpful and engaging.
the bathroom door opened towards the sink. it made using the sink or mirror difficult without closing the door. i felt this was an inconvenience.

The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. i could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. the minibar was not replenished adequately. I had to request items like coke and apple drink.
