The staff helped me arrange early check in. I appreciated that. the free tea, coffee and water in the lobby was a very nice touch, always available. the location proved fantastic, being only 5 minutes from the central station.
Wifi was terrible. i wanted to watch something on tv, but i couldn't. It barely loaded.

The location was very convenient (close to the train station). The staff was helpful recommending the express bus to the airport. It was about a twelve-minute walk to the bus stop from the hotel. The breakfast was also very good.
The shower was too small and the separation was not good. Water leaked into the bathroom easily. An increase of the shower surface in the bathroom is a high risk, you bump your feet (I did it a couple of times).

The location was convenient. The central train station was close. my room was large and quiet. the staff were lovely and helpful. i was pleased to find a beer fridge in the lobby.
the water splashed easily in the toilet, this was slightly annoying.

I enjoyed speeding up check-in using the online options available! The automated check-out process was excellent. I had never seen it before. My room was clean, with a fantastic design. Staying in such a well kept room was definitely a great pleasure. The hotel staff was really friendly both at check-in and check-out. I was so pleased.

The staff at the front desk provided helpful directions. I liked the available coffee and tea in the lobby area. My room came with air conditioning. This was very useful. The breakfast offered many choices, and I tried new foods.
This began before 7 AM on several days. I would have liked more advance notice.

poor wifi
the room i got was a bit disappointing. there wasnt much space to put my clothes since there were no drawers, it made the room felt cramped. the wifi was pretty bad too. there was building work going on outside and it was noisy all day.
