mediocre stay with some service lapses
spa refurbishment cold pool
the hotel location near the train station was acceptable.
The spa was under refurbishment and they did not inform us. the workaround was to use the spa at a different hotel across the road. The pool temperature there was cold. i also found out on checkout that breakfast was included, but nobody bothered to tell us on arrival, so i missed out on it.

room layout bathroom mirror great service
the room had a good layout. i liked the bathroom mirror. i really appreciate the attention to detail. the service was great. the hotel is in a convenient location. restaurants and bars are close by. i rate them a ten out of ten.
i wanted to cancel my reservation for minor reasons on my first day. i spoke with manager umut mahmoud and he fixed everything. he is a amazing MAN. if i ever owned a hotel, i would want a manager like him.

the hotel location is amazing. everything is in walking distance. it is very centralized. the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. the surroundings are easy to navigate and offer many options.

the hotel looks lovely. it is grand with a lot of area to walk. rooms are so good. the bed is soft so you can sleep well. the rain shower is very powerful. the water gets very hot so be careful.

staff at the breakfast area are very efficient. the staff is great and helpful. even though it is a business hotel, it felt very comfortable. a pleasant ambiance, a clean and elegant fragrance, and a friendly reception team made a good impression.

inconsistent service marred the stay
cold pool retraining staff
The spa was a key reason i booked, but it was under refurbishment (i wasn't informed beforehand). instead, i had to use the spa at a different hotel across the street. Its pool was cold. the check-in process also wasn't smooth. I wasn't told breakfast was included, a detail i'd expect a 5-star hotel to mention.
