clean room convenient valet

my room, a standard room, was quite clean and a good size. hotel valet brought my bags up to the room, which i really appreciated (it saved me a lot of hassle).

i wish the keys were a little lighter.

the reception staff was friendly and efficient. the concierge service was also helpful. attention to detail from the staff was excellent. the professional approach was consistent throughout the hotel.

there was no free water in the room. i requested it, and it was then provided.

The hotel valet handled my bags. The hotel brought them up to my room. My room on the 5th floor was a suite. It was spacious and contained all the necessary amenities.

Some staff at breakfast seemed tired. They could offer more helpful service.

My stay included access to multiple dining options, and i found them all quite good. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh pastries and hot dishes. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It provided fine city views (it's a great spot for photos!). the staff was consistently attentive and quick to respond to requests.

the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.

I was not pleased that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The temperature in my room was difficult to regulate , and it remained uncomfortably warm despite my adjustments.

the location is great. it's in the city center and i walked to the shops. the breakfast on the sixth floor was airy and well lit. the buffet choice was plentiful. the kitchen made omelets and eggs benedict to order.

the room was advertised as a double room with a king bed and a twin. instead i got a room with only one king bed and the staff wasn't helpful. i tried to book spa treatments but i learned they didn't know when they'd be available. the therapist was out.
