private bathroom good size
the room size was good and it included a private bathroom with soap. i found a window to the court yard and it was quiet. i could easily get more coffee from the reception.
the shower was barely usable, it was a tiny cabin.

I loved the central location. Tivoli gardens was a short walk. the included breakfast buffet offered a great start to each day. The selection was quite diverse. i found many shops and restaurants nearby, this added much convenience to my stay.
the room was small. there was a constant draft during the night, even with the window closed. this might be due to poor insulation or an old mechanism.

the staff was friendly and very helpful, providing utensils when we brought in our own food. check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, streamlining my travel process effectively.

Acceptable Stay with Noted Shortcomings
poor cleanliness thin walls
The hotel's location proved beneficial, close to the train station.
I found the room cleanliness subpar. There were hairs on the bathroom wall. The temperature control was also problematic, as there was no apparent way to adjust the heating or AC. the walls seemed quite thin. I could hear neighbors late into the night.

practical stay!
private lockers 24-hour reception comfortable couches business rooms
i appreciated the option to store luggage until late. private lockers were available. the 24-hour reception gave access to drinks. the lounge included couches and business rooms.
the room smelled slightly, possibly because of the shower drain. i did not mention it because i assumed the issue was widespread. it was only somewhat annoying.

breakfast was available. the hotel provided behind-the-counter coffee. tea and sandwiches were available for purchase. guests could sit outside in the courtyard to eat.
