eco clean washable fabric
the room's design and dedication to eco clean really appealed to me. i especially liked the shower curtain made from washable fabric. the bed was very cozy with crispy clean sheets made of organic cotton.

helpful staff cute staff unpleasant smell loud air-conditioning
The staff was helpful and always cute. The location is near food and shopping areas. (This makes it easy to grab a quick bite or browse local shops.)
My room looked old. I noticed a big noise from the air-conditioning. it had an unpleasant smell. I asked for another room, but the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked.

The pool area is amazing. the greenery gives tropical vibes. It was like a real escape. breakfast was good. the towels and bed linen were soft.

The breakfast offered a great selection. Rooms included comfortable robes and slippers. My family enjoyed the spa, sauna, and the pool.
The shower curtain did very little and water went all over the bathroom floor. The coffee offering was a bit lacking, I only received two coffee bags. Hairs was on the bedding, so cleanliness were lacking.

the room was a superior suite and it had a comfortable king-size bed. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the provided toiletries to be of high quality (i especially liked the scent).
the elevator door made a slight noise when closing, a minor disturbance.

mixed feelings about the stay
malfunctioning air conditioning unclean balcony
the location is indeed very convenient. it is close to many attractions.
the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard. the air conditioning did not function on the first night. this required a room change at 1 am with no compensation. additionally, the balcony was unclean upon relocation, covered in spiders.

some issues overshadowed the decor
elevator door stained glasses
small details detracted from the experience. the elevator door was not closing correctly. the saunas looked old and not glamorous. furthermore, dishes from the poolside were not cleaned, and i saw smoothie stains on clean glasses near the pool. the check-in felt rushed and impersonal.
