fantastic stay!
quick check-in friendly staff excellent recommendation
the check-in was super fast. moon was very friendly. i really appreciated the prearrival check-in. it definitely sped things up, and all the staff was great. juan, the concierge, gave excellent recommendations too!
the hotel doesnt have an actual entrance where a taxi can stop to drop off your bags. i had to push many bags and luggage with no help on the street, not ideal.

the hotel is right next to the main train station! tivoli park is also super close. it is easy to walk most places from here, which i found really convenient.

the staff were attentive and friendly, i felt so welcome. the prearrival checkin sped up my checkin time! everyone was helpful and quick to respond to my requests.

the rooftop pool was amazing. i enjoyed the sauna too! the lobby area was great. it had comfortable seating and a nice atmosphere.

the super nice team and cute. the facilities ARE great. I enjoyed the beautiful pool and sauna SO much.
the wardrobe storage WAS less than I am accustomed to. it could be bigger.

The room size was disappointing. i felt confined given the price i paid. also, i was surprised there wasn't complimentary water in the room, standard in similar hotels. It feels like a cheap move.

The hotel design was GREAT. The pool was awesome. I found the bakery marvelous. I liked the communal areas, and they were clean.
I found parking difficult to find. The descriptions did not help me to find it. A map would have been better. There was no concierge, a drawback.

the location is excellent. i found the lobby courtyard area very nice. the pool and bar on the 1st floor are excellent.
the restaurant was shut in january but we were not advised before.
