The location was special. I could easily walk to many attractions! i secured a room, a superior king room view of big ben, with a striking view. the breakfast service offered delicious options. I especially enjoyed the attentive staff.

Excellent Stay with River Views
attentive staff large fitness room cute service
I found the location excellent with views of the Thames. The M Club was a nice bonus with attentive staff. The fitness room was large and well-equipped (it had everything I needed). All the staff members I encountered were cute and helpful.
The temporary lounge setup was disappointing. It reminded me of a significant downgrade from what I expected.

My room offered river views. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The size was adequate and well kept. I found the room comfortable.

The breakfast service provides a menu of options. The executive lounge provides drinks and snacks. I had fish and chips and short ribs in one of the restaurants (the food was great).

Staff greeted us with a smile and eagerness to serve. Sachin at reception provided great assistance. Anika in the M Club was great to our family needs. Kibroom and Jestin served us well.

The hotel has a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is a pool area with twenty loungers and a shaded section. The location is central and near the River Thames.

acceptable stay overall

justin at the front desk was super cute to us! he were very good too ensure our stay was perfect. he even arranged our rooms with such attention to detail.
i was not happy about one major aspect. i prepaid my room, then gave a £50 deposit for extras when i checked in. this charge has now fully processed. i have no idea what it is for because i never got my emailed folio after checkout. i was also charged £15 for wifi. i should get it free as a platinum mb member.

unpleasant smell delayed resolution
the location proved acceptable with convenient access to nearby attractions.
The room initially assigned had a distinct unpleasant smell, resembling cat urine emanating from the bathroom. despite reporting this issue, a resolution was not immediate. It required multiple attempts to address. subsequently, a room change was offered, though the replacement rooms also presented similar olfactory concerns.
