my wife and i visited this wonderful hotel on numerous occasions for afternoon tea. we stayed one day as a special treat for our 49th wedding anniversary. the experience at this super hotel starts on arrival when the doormen open the doors. sara from guest relations escorted us to our upgraded room a suite.

Really good facilities and service

the room included fresh flowers and treats daily i also appreciated the heated bathroom this was a nice touch the hotel provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay we were able to check in early which was very convenient.
the spa was smaller than i expected the space could be improved to match the overall hotel quality i found it a little disappointing compared to other facilities.

the staff were friendly and eager to be helpful i found them very professional throughout my stay the team seemed genuinely interested in ensuring i had a good experience i appreciated their attention to detail.

the staff accommodated my early arrival they ensured a seamless check-in the breakfast offered a wide range of choices with high quality ingredients. the spa provided excellent relaxation options it contributed to a comfortable experience. i appreciated the spotlessly clean facilities. i was upgraded to a suite and this enhanced my stay.
the street outside caused some noise during the evening.
