luxurious bedding champagne arrival unclean machine sloping bed

i stayed in a premium room. The front desk staff provided champagne upon my arrival, which i thought was lovely. The bedding felt luxurious. The location was also excellent.

The bed slumped noticeably to one side. This made it uncomfortable. The tea and coffee setup was not good. The coffee machine was not clean, and there was neither milk nor sugar.

A stay with minor drawbacks

excellent location friendly staff prosecco glass poor service unanswered calls bin request

The location is excellent for exploring. The staff members were friendly. I received a glass of prosecco upon my arrival. there was also a birthday message on the mirror for someone else.

Customer service was very poor. My calls to reception went unanswered on two separate occasions. I had to ask for a bin and one towel to be refreshed. I found that customer service was not up to standard for this hotel chain.
