The hotel is near the tube station. Breakfast service included accommodating staff and very good food. The room had a coffee machine. Complimentary drinks were available.

excellent location and friendly staff
clean lobby cute lobby comfortable room
the staff was friendly and very accommodating upon arrival. the lobby was cute and clean, and i liked that i was offered a drink. i found the room spacious and well maintained.
the smell of defecation in the toilet was present upon my arrival. this initial issue needed to be addressed promptly to improve the experience.

the room was spacious, and it had a comfortable bed. the cleanliness was apparent, and the amenities were well kept. everything i needed was easily accessible.

the lobby area presented an inviting atmosphere, and it was clean. the bar area looked gorgeous, and it seemed like a relaxing place. i didn't use all the facilities, but i saw they were well-kept.

the location was prime. i could easily walk between covent garden and soho. it was also a quieter part of covent garden, which i liked. holborn underground station was just a short walk away.

complimentary soft drinks rainfall shower convenient location
The room included a minibar with complimentary soft drinks and snacks. The bathroom featured both a rainfall shower and a handheld shower head. I appreciated the location, as it provided easy access to many theaters and restaurants. (The variety was excellent!)

Acceptable stay with some issues
small room slow service
The location was really convenient for getting around.
The room I received was not what I expected. It was smaller than it looked in photos, and the bed felt quite narrow for two people. the service at breakfast was slow, and I had to wait longer than necessary.
