grateful stay with great service
friendly staff super clean room good facilities
the staff was friendly and efficient. i appreciated that the room was kept super clean each day. the hotel had good facilities, including breakfast with various options to choose from.
the elevators were slow, causing a slight delay sometimes.

the hotel has several bus stops nearby on the adjacent street. it is within walkable distance to the tube, bus, and train stations. a convenience store is also close, providing easy access to necessities.

the staff at the reception were helpful, offering tips for exploring the city. the front door porters were particularly friendly, and they couldn't do enough for us. i found the team handled everything smoothly.

the room was a great size and very quiet even though it was closest to the elevator. it included coffee and tea, topped up every day. bathroom bottles were also replenished each day.

old furniture missing light
the location was fine for what i needed.
the room was pretty disappointing. the furniture seemed old and damaged, needing a complete refit. there wasn't even a reading light on each side of the twin beds, just one lamp or overhead lights.

the room was acceptably spacious.
I found the breakfast options quite repetitive. Each day offered the same selection, which became tiresome rather quickly. A bit more variety would really improve the experience, i think.

digital control amazing food concierge support
the hotel was modern, and i loved the digital controls. the food was AMAZING!!! the concierge team assisted us with our travel issues and helped us get back on track. i am really thankful for their understanding and support.
