excellent location efficient servicing breakfast variety room soundproofing noise disturbance bathroom mirror
the location is excellent it is close to oxford street. the room servicing was efficient and timely. the breakfast service had a good offering it had variety.
i found the rooms weren't very soundproof you can hear noise from other rooms. i was woken up at night by noise next door. the bathroom mirror isn't ideal for shaving since it's far from the sink

wonderful fragrance clean space delicious treats excellent service
the fragrance upon entering made a wonderful impression! the space was light and clean. afternoon tea was really good with many delicious treats. sanyogita provided excellent service with warm personality. i found heaters kept the courtyard comfortable.
hallways had strange artwork and a slightly unsettling energy i found a bit off-putting

fantastic stay at this hotel
light space clean space helpful manager great location
the hotel smelled so good upon entry! the space was light and very clean! i found the front office manager, andrea, helpful and friendly. she gave me a warm welcome. the location is fantastic and close to transport.

i was thrilled with the location, so close to everything. Maria helped me a lot, and she was so kind. The hotel itself is beautiful, i was there for a work event.. THE atmosphere was great.

absent soundproofing broken fridge
the shower had great pressure and the bathroom products were excellent, so that was acceptable.
the room wasn't soundproof. i could hear noise from neighboring rooms. also, the fridge didn't work (which was a bit annoying since i had drinks i wanted to keep cold).
