comfortable bedcute staff
The location allows easy access to Covent Garden and various shops. The lobby design is business friendly and boasts good seating. I found the staff extra cute. The bed provided COMFORT.
The air conditioning was not working. Opening the windows was impossible.

the location was spot on, walkable to many restaurants and shops.
i found the room to be smaller than described. the tap was broken, and there was no soap in the dispenser. i tried to raise these concerns but was rudely dismissed.

The location is awesome, I walked almost everywhere! The bar staff mixes excellent cocktails, I tried three. Breakfast had good variety. I saw lovely healthy options available too.
My room was small, I think they need better space.

The room was really clean with items I expected. There was great toiletries, plenty of towels and even the hairdryer was full size. I like all these!

The hotel was amazing location. I found easy walk to various places. Both tube stations were less than a short walk, it made the location ideal. I was so happy!
