solid stay near russell square
convenient locationmodern roomwide selection
the location provided easy access to the russell square underground station (it was convenient). the room was modern with lovely towels and bedding. breakfast was well organized with a wide selection.
the hotel rooms sometimes experience street noise.

onsite amenities include a pub and a pizzeria, offering convenient dining options. there is also a 24/7 mini-market located just 30-50 meters from the hotel. underground parking is available (though i didn't use it).

the hotel sits close to the russell square underground station, offering quick access. the british museum is within a short walk, less than 15 minutes. a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes are located nearby.

the room was clean and a good size for our stay. it provided every equipment we needed and comfortable beds. there was warm water, toiletries, and a hairdryer available.

the staff were approachable and friendly . one staff member (wasim at the front desk) facilitated a late checkout due to a medical issue. daily cleaning services included fresh towels and made beds.

The location was acceptable. It was close to a tube station.
The room was too hot, and i could not adjust the temperature. the lack of air conditioning. the dated bathroom featured cracked tiles, and there were not enough sockets to charge devices. This made things quite inconvenient.

The beds featured lovely comforters ensuring a restful sleep after long days exploring. The location offered convenient access to transportation and nearby international restaurants. I found the beds to be comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean.
The room I booked felt a bit cramped for three people especially with luggage. I also noticed the absence of a refrigerator which would have been useful for storing medication.

The staff was friendly and helpful offering prompt assistance when needed. There was plenty of staff available ensuring quick and efficient service during busy periods. The check-in process was well-organized streamlining my arrival.
