friendly team super clean bathroom easy access
The reception team provided an upgrade with complimentary drinks and breakfast as the room was not quite ready. The bedroom included a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. The location allows easy access to the British Museum and various shops plus restaurants.

The location was convenient with easy access to the underground. the staff was kind and helpful. They resolved an issue we had with our room quickly. the breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff maintained a lovely ambience.
The toilet in my room was blocked. It was a disgusting situation. the iron provided did not function and it burnt my shirt. the coffee machine had limescale and also did not work properly, disappointing.

the staffs kindness made everything better. they were very attentive i think. location was really awesome because its near things. i liked the breakfast a lot too, it had a lot of options.
the room felt a bit old to me. the carpet was stained a lot, i think it was gross. the bathroom sink tap was faulty too, it leaked so bad. the lifts felt old too, like maybe from 2000s.

the location is great, it is near many attractions. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. the staff members were friendly and helpful at all times.
the room was small, i found it a bit cramped. there were not enough power outlets in the room. the coffee machine did not work properly.

The location proved convenient for the nearby theatre. The hotel's decoration included plentiful ground floor seating areas. Breakfast provided a good selection and a lovely restaurant seating area.
My room had uncomfortable narrow beds with unironed bedlinen.

worn carpet deposit return
The room i was assigned was not up to par. the carpet was visibly worn, and the curtains did not block out enough light. I could not sleep well. additionally, contacting customer service has been a hassle, as my deposit has not been returned after more than three months. i find this unacceptable.

amazing location helpful staff tasty breakfast small room little daylight flickering lights
The location was amazing. Many places were accessible by walking. Our room was ready when we arrived. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was quite adequate and tasty.
The accessible room we stayed in was small. There was very little daylight because of the tiny window. The lights in the room were flickering. The bathroom was not wheelchair accessible.
