The location was convenient with easy access to the underground. the staff was kind and helpful. They resolved an issue we had with our room quickly. the breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff maintained a lovely ambience.
The toilet in my room was blocked. It was a disgusting situation. the iron provided did not function and it burnt my shirt. the coffee machine had limescale and also did not work properly, disappointing.

the staffs kindness made everything better. they were very attentive i think. location was really awesome because its near things. i liked the breakfast a lot too, it had a lot of options.
the room felt a bit old to me. the carpet was stained a lot, i think it was gross. the bathroom sink tap was faulty too, it leaked so bad.

The room i was assigned was not up to par. the carpet was visibly worn, and the curtains did not block out enough light. I could not sleep well. additionally, contacting customer service has been a hassle, as my deposit has not been returned after more than three months. i find this unacceptable.

The location was amazing. Many places were accessible by walking. Our room was ready when we arrived. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was quite adequate and tasty.
The accessible room we stayed in was small. There was very little daylight because of the tiny window. The lights in the room were flickering. The bathroom was not wheelchair accessible.
