Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small room cramped bathroom
The location was acceptable being near transportation options.
My room was quite small the bathroom felt cramped and barely functional. Opening the windows was impossible resulting in stale air within the room. The view consisted of a wall a mere two meters away so I found that disappointing.

friendly staff courteous service extra housekeeping
I found the staff amazing. They were always friendly and courteous! I was welcomed with a smile and they remembered me, GREAT. I was also impressed with the twice-a-day housekeeping. It was like a true luxury!
Breakfast service was a bit slow. Getting coffee took longer than expected.

a perfect little stay

The check-in was swift and cute with the bellman offering a quick tour, it was lovely. the classic king room had a very comfortable bed and soft bedding. cleaning staff maintained the room immaculate and were attentive to our needs, so sweet. the hotel is in a quiet alcove, near to everything. What a gem.
the american bar had tasty drinks, though i found them slightly overpriced.

the concierge staff could not have been more helpful, they arranged transport with efficiency. the restaurant staff were attentive without intrusion, always spot-on with recommendations. every staff member embodied the spirit of hospitality for me.

great location helpful staff beautiful restaurant
The hotel has a great location near the tube station and Buckingham Palace. The staff was accommodating and helpful . I received a room upgrade, a gesture that improved my experience. I enjoyed the beautiful restaurant, indoor bar, and outdoor bar space.
The breakfast setup could be better. A la carte options are available, but a single slice of toast costs extra. It might be beneficial to include breakfast in the room price or offer a fixed-price option.
