The hotel location offered easy access to transportation and attractions. I found the reception staff helpful and efficient at all times. Daily cleaning service was thorough and appreciated , ensuring a tidy space. The shower pressure was strong , with consistent hot water.

I noticed that the walls seemed a bit thin , allowing some noise from adjacent rooms to be heard at times.

The room had a fantastic view of the railway. The room was quiet, I almost forgot I was in a hotel (that was nice!). I enjoyed excellent sleep . Early check-in made my arrival very smooth, something I value highly.

I noticed the WiFi signal was weak at times.

the hotel is very close to many attractions. a bus station sits right in front. a tube station is just across the road too. there is a pret coffee shop nearby as well as a sainsbury's. daily conveniences are easily accessible.

the staff seemed a little slow during peak times. and sometimes they became defensive when i made requests.
