Fantastic Experience with Excellent Staff
perfect location amazing aircon in-room tea
I found the location perfect. It was right in the heart of the theater district. The air conditioning worked amazingly. I liked the tea and coffee in the room.

helpful staff early luggage storage metro access good food
the staff were happy and helpful. they received my luggage early after my flight. i explored easily because metro and rail lines are close. i found very good indian food at bkc.
the room was quite small. there was little space for luggage storage. i found this slightly inconvenient .

Excellent Location for Theatre Lovers
convenient location efficient staff clean room luggage storage
The hotel's location was perfect for seeing a show. I could easily walk to several theaters. The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. The room was very clean (I appreciate that) and the bed was quite comfortable. They also have luggage storage, so I could leave my bags after check-out.
The room was a bit small, it was difficult to fully open my suitcase.

amazing location friendly staff good coffee dirty bathroom brown pillows room cleanliness
the location its amazing. the staff was honestly so helpful and friendly and always smiling. i love the little cafe at the rear of the hotel it has some good coffee.
the cleanliness of the whole room was disappointing. the bathroom wasn't clean it was very noticeable. the pillows inside the pillowcase have a disgusting brown color.

the staff was very friendly. they were helpful with directions and local information. i liked that the room was very clean. fresh towels were provided daily.

central location delicious food good value
i enjoyed the super central location. the cafe in the basement offered delicious food at good prices and the service was great! it was comforting after a long day. the salad was very good value.
the rooms are quite small, which might bother some people, but it didn't bother me too much.

the hotel is near many restaurants and shops. i could easily access public transport for sightseeing. the palace theatre is also very close, and you can see it from rooms, a bonus!
