the staff were consistently warm and helpful. the restaurant offered amazing dishes and great service. the room was clean and well-equipped. complimentary drinks were a nice touch and the hotel upgraded our room without us even asking, because it was my girlfriend's birthday!!!
i noticed some noise from people in the corridor during the night and morning.

the receptionist quickly completed the formalities upon my arrival. the staff members were always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. the hotel staff booked a taxi for us when we checked out.

The room air conditioning did not work on arrival. it was a hot day. i reported this, however, there was no feedback after that. breakfast was mediocre at best. The buffet selection was uninspired and the service was patchy. also, the kitchen had no working toaster.

the hotel is ideally located near central attractions. i could easily walk to many places. the hotel provided a taxi to a work event which i found useful. the bed was very comfortable with good pillows i also appreciated the small duck.
the complimentary refreshments in the room were not well stocked so some items were missing
