The reception staff were efficient at check-in. The room included two bottles of complimentary water replenished daily. Breakfast in the restaurant offered multiple choices.. especially the fresh fruit selection. I found the location convenient for accessing local attractions.

perfect location sweet swiftie hot room poor sleep

The staff was wonderful. vanessa, a fellow swiftie at the hotel, gave us friendship bracelets, i thought that was really sweet. we reminded me of we were staying with friends because of her. the hotel is also in a perfect location. It's right in the middle of everything.

the room i was in was too hot. we asked for someone to check the ac, but no one came. i honestly didn't get much sleep, it was pretty bad for the price.

The location is excellent. It is close to many attractions. I found the breakfast included multiple items from the entire menu. I could order barista coffee drinks. The staff offered coffee upon arrival.

I found the hallways to be very dark. It was difficult to navigate, even with good vision. The room had a strange red light flickering above the bed. It might have been the fire detector, but I have never seen one flash so frequently.

excellent linens clean bathroom

the location was fantastic near major attractions. the room included a very comfortable bed with excellent linens. the bathroom felt spacious and clean. we loved luciano's and had breakfast included, excellent each day.

the rooftop bar played very loud music well past midnight. it was difficult to relax.

I appreciated the modern, artistic design. Automated diffusers added to the ambience. the reception area included projectors showcasing an aquarium feel.. it was a cool touch. the staff operated smoothly and kept everyone in communication.
