i found the wristband key very convenient. it made accessing the hub easy. the hosts were friendly and helpful. the place was aesthetically pleasing. the bed provided great comfort .
the shower temperature fluctuated annoyingly, shifting between hot and cold. the preset air conditioning felt too warm. my nose felt dry because of the constant airflow. this led to slight bleeding.

the team members were friendly and ready to assist. the shared lounge was AMAZING. people spent time there, ate there, chatted and played games. i felt good there. it is great if you travel alone and appreciate company.
the ROOM got very hot with no air circulation. the facilities were nice EXCEPT for the room. i asked for a fan since I couldn't sleep, but the hostel had run out. i didn't have a good night.

i don't usually write reviews, but i felt compelled to share my experience. the accommodation was amazing. staff were super friendly, and the cleaners did a wonderful job, it was super clean. the sauna was a fabulous addition after a long day of exploring.
one minor inconvenience was the hotel's no-cash policy. i would have preferred to have the option to use cash for transactions.

The accommodation is conveniently located a short walk from the train station. there is also a bus stop just three minutes away. This makes getting around very easy. the city center is easily accessible.

the hotel provides robes for bathroom use. clean towels are readily available and the bathrooms are well-stocked with shower gel and shampoo. lockers are available for secure storage and the premises are very well kept.

mixed feelings about THE stay

The location was fine. It suited my needs for exploring. Staff were available to help with check-in.
I was not impressed with some aspects. THE noise from other guests walking past the room late at night kept me awake. the soundproofing was insufficient. I could hear hallway conversations and footsteps very clearly.

The facilities were amazing and modern. The hub itself had a spacious feel, and I could connect my phone to adjust the lighting. Everything felt really clean, and I appreciated the lounge area. The staff were always available to help, definitely a plus.
The air conditioning could not be controlled inside the hub, so it was a little too cold for me at times.

i don't usually write reviews, but this place was good. the bathrooms were clean and spacious.. there was a nice, relaxed atmosphere. the capsule was chill with cute lights and privacy.
the data breach was not communicated instantly. i felt unhappy they obtained my personal details. also, i couldn't access the bluetooth speaker in the room.

the capsule was very clean with almost no noise from outside. shared wc and showers were cleaned regularly. wifi was fast, and the kitchen facilities were quite good, especially the boxes for food in the fridge.

some disappointments
fire alarmnoisy neighbor
i was a little annoyed, to be honest. we had to evacuate because of the fire alarm twice, solely because some people can't bother going outside to smoke. the first time was around 9pm, and we stood outside for about 25 minutes.. the other time was at 7am. also, if you get a bottom bunk, be aware of possible stomping from above. we had a very noisy neighbor, and while i don't usually complain, it was irritating.
