superb visit near tivoli!
central station convenient sightseeing comfortable bed amazing view
the hotel is near the central station and tivoli. the location made sightseeing very convenient. the bed was comfortable. i was given a room upgrade with a amazing view of tivoli. it was extra special to watch the saturday night fireworks right from my room.
the gym is not exclusively for hotel guests. it is accessible to outside members as well.

the breakfast included many choices, alongside cook-to-order options providing additional variety. the hotel provides convenient access to tivoli garden food hall and the pedestrian shopping street, therefore it is easy to walk to many places.

the room was spacious and provided a fine tivoli view. fresh water was supplied daily, a detail i certainly appreciated. the room included an amazing rainfall shower, a very nice feature.

excellent location charming design attentive staff poor soundproofing feather pillow request issue
the location is excellent for exploring the city. the design is charming and chic, it felt stylish and cute. the staff were excellent, professional, and attentive .
the soundproofing could be better. someone checked into the room above me and was stomping around. it was hard to get to sleep. i requested no feather pillows, but they put feather pillows in my room. the person i spoke with was more concerned with proving i had not made that request.

afternoon snacks free water easy travel poor housekeeping terrible placement improper cleaning
The hotel is close to the main train station. This made travel from the airport very easy. The hotel provided free water in the rooms and in the lobby. I also liked the afternoon snacks provided.
I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The room did not feel properly cleaned. The housekeeping service was poor. My stuff was thrown around twice. The placement of appliances is terrible. The espresso machine is far from an outlet-.

the staff provided helpful suggestions. they booked a table at a nice steakhouse. the bed was large and comfortable. i also had a lovely view of tivoli from my window.

The location is very convenient. It offers walking distance to several tourist locations. the hotel situates near tivoli park. central station is just a short walk away. overall the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring.

the hotel has been nicely renovated and now meets current standards. the breakfast offered really good choices and the staff seemed friendly. there IS a sauna and fitness room available . fast lifts ensure quick travel between floors.

the collection room included a fridge. water, coffee, tea, and milk were provided in the room. the room was cleaned daily and had a nice view. there was a good shower with excellent temperature control and water pressure.

breakfast options were sufficient and delicious. one COULD also order additional items for breakfast. the breakfast area was open and bright. i REALLY enjoyed the great cocktail i had one day.

The location is great. The staff was friendly, and I felt grateful for their assistance. The room was super clean upon arrival. I appreciate this aspect very much. The staff was happy to help!
The room size was small. It was not as spacious as I expected, a bit disappointing. The gym was not exclusively for hotel guests. Outsiders also used it, crowded and less private.
