The staff was very friendly and fluent in english. The room included a comfortable bed. It also had a bijou room. The quiet atmosphere allowed for good SLEEP.
The room size was compact, leaving LIMITED space for luggage.

Awesome Location and Clean Rooms!

The hotel is near the central train station and Tivoli Gardens, it's really great. Bus 5c stops right in front. It connects you to the city center, cool. Breakfast at the top had great canal views, so amazing. We did a day trip to malmo, you know, it's so easy.
I did find a hair on my towel in the bathroom. It wasn't mine so i was slightly bummed.

Reception staff were very helpful when i asked for directions. The young lady at the restaurant on the 10th floor was nice. They gave us tourist information too.

The hotel has a convenient location within walking distance of Tivoli theme park. Many landmarks were within biking distance too. I felt safe because this location is just wonderful.

Breakfast took place on the roof of the hotel with a view. There was a nice view of the canal from up there. Coffee with beans was ok here, it was excellent, you know.

The room was very clean and the temperature were well regulated. Check in and check out had total autonomy. I liked the room that was bright and great, really. I liked the good equipment quality.

the room felt smaller than expected (even for a short stay). i struggled with the semi-transparent glass in the bathroom. it didn't provide enough privacy. also, i found it inconvenient that the room lacked a refrigerator. this meant i couldn't keep drinks or snacks cold.

The hotel location provided easy access to trains and buses, useful for exploring key attractions. The communal area offered a well designed space. A day trip to Malmo was very easy (I really enjoyed it).
The air conditioning was ineffective at cooling the room, despite outside temperatures reaching 26 degrees.

Location rocks because it's near trains and buses. The common areas are really, really well designed. Taking a day trip? Malmo is easy to reach from here. What a blast!
