Miguel, the receptionist, promptly changed my room to a larger one! it was a wonderful gesture, and i deeply appreciated alexa guiding me with directions. another staff member helped me with my train apps. They were very kind. i felt cared for and welcomed during my entire visit.
the room was very dark, and the lighting was not great especially during the december darkness. it was difficult to see clearly.

the hotel location is very good. the rooms are beautiful. they are appointed in a unique style reminiscent of a bygone era. i found the decor and hospitality very warm.
the mini fridge was broken and i told the staff just after check-in. they told me they would do something, but nothing happened even after two more calls over the 3 days i was there. i received one free wine coupon. the white or the rose tasted horrible and sour.

Really good Service and Design
fresh mint rooftop bar friendly staff delicious breakfast
I adored the attention to detail evident in the room. A water bottle with fresh mint leaves awaited me, a good touch. Cocktails at the rooftop bar were superb. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I noticed that the hotel corridors had a slight smell of food in the morning.

soft-close lids missing feature
The bar "TaTa" offered great service and employed professionals.
I found that the WC seats throughout the hotel lacked soft-close lids, a rather basic feature (I experienced a rather unpleasant bang!).
