Wonderful Stay in the Heart

Location was perfect, close to the train station. Friendly staff helped me when I arrived early and after checkout. I left my luggage in the luggage room. There are many areas to meet on the ground floor.
The room was very cold. The heater seemed too small for the large space. The bathroom was also a bit chilly.

a really valuable experience
decent gymspacious loungefree coffeegood location
the hotel boasts a decent gym. a spacious communal lounge and dining area exist. i found free coffee and tea readily available for members. the location worked well.
the shower head seemed somewhat old. water occasionally spurted out from both the handle and the shower head. i am sure it was perfectly clean, but its age was evident.

the location proved perfect. i found it easy to access key attractions. proximity to the central train station was a significant advantage. tivoli gardens was also nearby.

The lobby area is great. i noticed the bar provides a good place to unwind after a day of exploration. the restaurant area seemed very nice. It looked conducive to enjoyable meals.

the location was acceptable, close to transport links and some shops.
The air conditioning was terrible. It barely cooled the room, and it made a loud noise. i couldn't sleep well. The only way to turn it off was to remove the key card, cutting off all electricity to the room. the room felt old and tired, and the lack of proper climate control made it uncomfortable

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast offered many choices and lots of room.
The room was small! There was little space for luggage. I had to put my second suitcase on the bed to open it. The can in the toilet was too small for two people and needed emptying every day.
