member upgrade waterfront view polite staff convenient location
I appreciated the upgrade i received as a member. It. the waterfront room offered a beautiful view. I loved waking up to it. the staff members i encountered were polite and helpful. the hotel's location near the central train station was very convenient.
the club lounge, while pleasant, got quite busy sometimes. food and drink options there felt a little limited.

excellent view evening stroll
My room had a wonderful view, it was upgraded to face the river. the boardwalk adjacent to the hotel was great for evening strolls. It.
the hotel bar staff seemed a little busy. sometimes, it took a moment to get their attention

excellent waterfront stay
water view room comfortable bed great walking areas
i was upgraded to the executive floor with a water view room after a very long day. the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. the furniture in front of the large picture window was newly upgraded. the bathroom had a nice shower and plenty of space. the breakfast buffet had a very nice selection of food. there are great walking areas along the waterfront and across the bridges back to the hotel.
the front office operation seemed inconsistent. the bonvoy elite was staffed with one unfriendly employee. she was not really there for the customers. management visibility was nonexistent. the hotel seemed outdated.

the hotel features a restaurant and a lobby bar with plenty of seating. there is also a large outdoor deck overlooking the water. the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes, providing options for maintaining a workout routine.

The hotel sits facing a beautiful canal. there is easy access to the center with a short walk. the hotel is also about a twenty minute ride to the airport, a very short ride. We loved the quick access.

fluctuating shower temperature empty mini-fridge
The room looked well-kept but the shower temperature fluctuated wildly. It shifted from scalding hot to cold without warning (not fun!). The mini-fridge was also empty. I expected at least some complimentary water in a hotel of this supposed caliber.

nice stay with river views
great location river view helpful staff
the hotel's location impressed me (it was easily accessible). the river view from my room provided a great experience each morning. the staff, including iryna, dlhav, and oksana, greatly helped me . i really enjoyed waking up every morning and seeing the river.
during my stay, the executive lounge was quite busy. food options and drinks seemed limited at peak times. i felt improvements here would enhance the guest experience.
