helpful staff great breakfast excellent service uncomfortable bed poor cleanliness stained towel
The breakfast was the best I have had. The staff were very helpful with EVERYTHING. I will stay again and have already told my friends and family about this hotel.
The bed was uncomfortable for us. It was TOO firm. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. I noticed a stained towel.

delicious breakfast amazing view friendly staff dark hallways expensive parking public areas
the breakfast was delicious! the room, a superior double or twin room city view, had an amazing view! the staff were super friendly. i felt very welcomed.
the hallways were very dark, the lights turn on, but it was still too dark. i would have felt afraid if i were alone. the parking was expensive! public areas needed some cleaning.

Underwhelming stay and service inconsistencies
poor cleanliness slow assistance
I was quite disappointed with a couple of things. First, I found the room cleanliness was not at an acceptable standard for a hotel of this class. I found it difficult to obtain assistance when I needed to request extra coffee capsules. It always took multiple calls between reception and room service. A better system must be there. This created unnessecary delays.
