i found the location very convenient, particularly its proximity to both a metro station and the central station. many attractions are easily walkable from here. the staff were friendly, and i could store my luggage easily. i enjoyed the option of a late checkout as well.
The room's heating stopped functioning around 11 pm, and it didn't restart until morning. Given the cold weather, this was problematic.

I found a GREAT central location VERY close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens. The bar area was stylish i enjoyed HAVING a cocktail there. The staff was helpful i asked for a quiet room and received one facing the back.
The luggage hold didn't feel secure i think anyone can ask for a key.

The room had a comfortable bed and the breakfast was very good. it had lots of variety and the quality seemed quite high. the bathroom was bright and clean. I found it very convenient.
The hotel lacks anyone to deliver bags to the room, i had a long walk to my room. there are also steps up to the front door of the hotel. I found it difficult to carry heavy bags inside.

i received an upgrade to the mini suite. the room was excellent. i found the staff very helpful. this was my second time staying here, and i was very happy.
The room's cleanliness needed attention. housekeeping primarily made the bed and tidied the bathroom. however, the room did not feel properly cleaned. amenities were limited. I had to request basics like slippers and toiletries.
