Acceptable stay

convenient location lake view slow check-in poor housekeeping

Location were acceptable. It was easy for reaching the city center by use of the nearby metro station. It only takes five minutes. I noticed a market in front the hotel which was open late into the night. The lake and city view was also very nice. The coffee at breakfast had a good flavor.

The check in is self serve with use of a screen. I saw that the process was slow and long which requires detailed information. It included personal ID. Aircon didn't seem to work, so the hotel was HOT. Housekeeping wasn't very good. I saw that towels were repeatedly replaced with only one towel.

the hotel location allowed quick access to the city. the staff was very nice. i appreciated the pleasant neighborhood near the canal. it was great that staff were forthcoming.

The hotel lacks air conditioning. It was quite cold. internet connectivity was intermittent and slow. the towels had a sourish smell. I guess this comes from the laundry process.
