I found the location convenient, a short walk from the central station. The gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. Public spaces included comfortable seating in open courtyards.
The television had limited built-in channels. Streaming was necessary, slightly inconvenient.

the location was ideal, with everything accessible by walking. i found the room design modern and pleasing. breakfast was excellent with many choices. the staff helped me arrange balloons in the room for a birthday celebration.
i noticed that a deep cleaning hadn't been performed recently.

The staff at reception were very accommodating and helpful. They assisted with locating transportation tickets and parkrun. staff readily offered assistance. nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel provides comfortable spaces. the courtyard created a relaxing environment to enjoy a drink. there are eco friendly options that i observed. These add to the experience.

breakfast included many choices and high quality food. i did not have the opportunity to try other meals! however, i observed other guests who seemed satisfied. overall, it seemed comprehensive.

This hotel's location really shined! Rooms were spacious, accommodating two persons comfortably. The breakfast selection was great with its quality. I even asked the staff about the bed because the comfort was really good.
The shower water pressure seemed a bit low. I brought it up, but it wasn't resolved . The soap dispensers were also a little bit ineffective.

noisy courtyardinconsistent housekeeping
the room i booked faced the courtyard. it turned out to be quite noisy due to kitchen activity (waking me at 5:30 am every morning) (not a fan of early wake-up calls). also, housekeeping was inconsistent. they only seemed to make the beds and replace towels, they didn't clean surfaces or vacuum.

the breakfast was quite good with a decent selection (i liked the fresh pastries).
the room was smaller than expected, and the lack of coffee-making facilities was a letdown. the tv situation was odd as i had to use chromecast from my own device (a bit annoying, honestly). also, the cleaning was only upon request, i found it a bit inconvenient.

i found the reception friendly and the staff were helpful. i got upgraded to a better room, the bed was comfy. the coffee machine was very welcome in the morning.
the tv only works via app, i have no access to standard channels.
