perfect location smart room design good breakfast high noise street view ineffective windows
the location provide perfect access to transportation. the room design is smart and clean, that include an excellent bathroom. breakfast have very good variety and quality.
the noise level was pretty high. my room face the street where trolleys run all night, it made too much noise. the windows didn't mitigated the noise, that was a huge problem.

convenient location clean room coffee machine
the location is very convenient, close to the train station and public transport options. the hotel provided deliveries from amazon to my room before i checked in. the room was silent and clean. a coffee machine was available in the room.
there were no slippers provided, so i had to wear shoes on the carpet.

the staff promptly transferred my amazon deliveries to my room prior to check-in. they were helpful and attentive. i did not have to worry about my packages, as they were safely stored until my arrival.

unhelpful staff no air conditioning
the location is good as it is near public transport links and places for sightseeing.
i stayed in a room without air conditioning, too hot. the reception staff seemed rather unhelpful and did not address my concerns adequately. they dismissed my issues, saying they did not know.

great location quick service noisy street no air conditioning
The location was great to the central station. the bar service was quick. I did enjoyed my drinks there. the staff was very helpfull with directions. it was a relief after a long day of travel.
my room had no air conditioning, a problem. i find it hard to sleep in warm rooms. the street outside was noisy. i did expected better soundproofing from a room at this price.

The hotel is indeed very accessible for any traveller. Its proximity to the central train station is a notable advantage. There is direct access to the local transportation system. The hotel possesses a chic ambiance, rooms are detailed in mid-century style.
I found one very slight imperfection, the young woman at check-in might benefit from additional customer service training.

comfy room unwanted odors good air conditioning
my room was comfy, and i liked the beds comfort. i found no unwanted odors in the hotel, and this was a relief. air conditioning worked well, a plus since it was hot outside.
the bathroom lacked space for my toiletries a little.
