convenient location helpful receptionist
The location is convenient, very close to the main train station and the city center. Check-in was fast, and the receptionist was quite kind and helpful. I appreciated having parking available, even though larger vehicles might find maneuvering a bit challenging.. The staff were genuinely cute.
The room I had felt very small. There was also not enough power sockets near the bed, which I found rather inconvenient.

super friendly staff clean room comfy bed sweet bonus
the location rocked, seriously! staff was super friendly and quick with check-in. the room was clean and the bed seemed like i was sleepin' on a cloud. the free pastries in the mornin' were a sweet bonus to get my day goin'.
the room was on the smaller side, it was a bit cramped to move around.

small room faulty thermostat
the room was quite small. i booked a Comfort Double Room 15m², but it felt smaller. the temperature control in the room was not working properly, so i could not adjust it. also, the breakfast area was often crowded, and it was difficult to find a seat. the coffee machine ran out of coffee, and i had to wait for a refill!
