the breakfast was very good it had many options i liked the fresh honeycomb. the hotel staff was also very kind and professional. the location was close to the train station making travel easy
my room faced the street and there was some smoking near the entrance. the bathroom in my room was quite small there was limited space to place personal items

the location was really close to the train station, which helped. staff were helpful and friendly too.
my room faced a busy street, and it was super noisy at night. the soundproofing in the room did not exist. sleeping was difficult, since i woke up several times because of street noise.

the staff was helpFUL. they stored our bags since we arrived early. this was helpful as our room was not yet ready.
the room had a separate door to the hallway and bathroom, and both needed to be SLAMMED to shut properly. it was annoying.

i found the staff super helpful! they were always ready to assist with directions. the location is central, just a quick hop from the main train station. also, the 24/7 coffee and tea station in the lobby was a lifesaver, especially after long days.
it started at 8 am every morning! i was not warned about this before my stay. the area around the hotel felt a bit rough at night, there were loud groups.

The lack of soundproofing proved quite troublesome. street noise was present throughout the night, disrupting sleep. also, the breakfast area became very crowded during peak hours. Finding a free table was a challenge, impacting the overall experience..
