The location is great. It is only a few minutes from the central station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also found the breakfast buffet to be excellent with many options available.
The room was noisy because of the trams. It was hard to sleep at night. the bathroom was very small. It was difficult to move around. I had to remove the toilet paper to sit comfortably.

the hotel is very close to the train station, a comfortable aspect for connections to the airport. the staff was nice, and check-in was quick. good italian restaurants are also nearby.
the wi-fi wasn't very reliable! the trams are very noisy at night.
