The location prove convenient. Breakfast contained a comprehensive spread. I found accommodating staff for dietary needs.

The location is great. It is near Marienplatz, also close to bars and restaurants. My room was clean and very quiet. Air conditioning worked well even the weather was hot.
Rooms are very small, I think they should be bigger. There is no restroom that guests can use. Breakfast was included, but it was not optional, and I did not eat it.

the location was excellent, especially for public transport. the staff was helpful. they organized a cake for my daughter's birthday (she felt really special at breakfast).

I appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast offered a amazing selection. I found the location convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The room was very tidy, well kept, and included a comfortable bed with separate duvets.
The elevator was quite small, and sometimes a long wait was necessary.

The hotel offered convenient access to many main attractions within the city center, and several metro stations were also nearby. This proximity allowed for easy exploration of the area, which I found very useful.

Every staff member I encountered was great. They were consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast service also stood out because the team offered a substantial selection that included pastries, cereals, eggs, sausages, and fruits.
