The room offered many amenities, from slippers to shoehorns. i found maria at the front desk very helpful. She personally delivered extra slippers to our room when we needed them.
the hotel is near the train station, so i observed some homeless people in the area.

the hotel is a very short walk across from the main train station. the hotel is clean. i got early check in. breakfast included many different options.
the tv was not very easy to understand. it was not possible for me to easily find free channels or change the language.

the reception staff was helpful . guest relations manager provided great assistance. the guest relations manager was named anni and the reception team worked hard.

my room included good air conditioning. i was able to adjust the temperature easily and it was very quiet. black out curtains in the room helped with sleep.

The location is very convenient because it is right across from the train station.
The room was not cleaned well . The coffee cups were dirty when I arrived. I also found a shampoo bottle by the washbasin instead of hand soap, alongside the body lotion.
