central locationfriendly staffquiet room
the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was very central, near transportation and cafes. i found the room quiet, important to me and had what i needed like an iron.
i thought the room felt a bit dated, maybe updates to soundproofing or bathroom fixtures would improve it.

the room had a coffee machine and an electric kettle i found the staff really friendly and helpful the metro station was just across the road. the check-in process was quick i entered my details on an ipad
the lift in the five-storey building was out of service for my entire three-day stay i had to use the steep stairs repeatedly. my room was not serviced the bin was not emptied once
the hotel has a lift and a 24/7 front desk, both were acceptable.
the room i got was small. cleanliness was mediocre and curtains weren't big enough for the windows. the shower curtain also sticks to you when taking a shower, and i found it quite unpleasant.

the superior double room was spacious. the finn juhl furniture in the room looked both stylish and comfortable. double glazing blocked noise from the street.
the shower was an old style over-bath arrangement, i found that somewhat inconvenient.

I loved the lobby. It was nice. i found the staff at the reception desk helpful and efficient, especially aisha and lou. the hotel offered free happy hour wine at 5 pm. I did appreciate that. i also used the bikes available at the hotel for a nice ride.
the hotel provided tea and coffee in the room, but it seemed like an afterthought. the items were just shoved in a bowl with no milk provided. i found this presentation didn't quite fit the hotel's vintage design theme.
Rooms
9/10
My room featured comfortable beds and vintage danish furniture. the room felt quite large. It also had an airy feel and was clean. the bathroom was also large and clean.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel provides bike rentals. This offers a convenient way to explore the area. i liked the wine provided during happy hour from 5-6 pm each day. luggage storage is available before check-in.
Location
10/10
This hotel is centrally located. It provides easy access to many attractions. the metro station is only a short walk away. This makes airport travel simple. i found several coffee shops close to the hotel.
The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to many attractions and restaurants. Metro access was right across the street (this was especially convenient for getting to the airport). The staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower space was quite small. This made washing hair somewhat difficult. Some TV channels did not work, limiting entertainment options. I found the decor to be outdated.
