really good breakfast great variety friendly staff missing ventilator problematic shower rude manager
the breakfast was really good! there was great variety and very good coffee. the staff was really helpful and friendly!!! the hotel's location allowed me to visit iconic sites with ease. i really enjoyed it!
the bathroom had no ventilator. the shower was problematic. the upper head could not be turned off, so it was challenging to shower without wetting my hair. the reception manager was rude!!!

ideal location fresh pastries helpful staff
The location was ideal for walking to many attractions. The breakfast buffet included options for everyone. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. Staff provided directions and recommendations when I needed them. I was able to book excursions easily because of the front desk.
The bathroom was small, but I managed (maybe a redesign will be considered).

The breakfast area offered numerous options including gluten-free bread and a variety of jams. A luggage storage service was available near the reception desk, very convenient for early arrivals.

My room included a queen bed with bedside lamps and a writing desk near the window. There was a mini-fridge, but I didn't use it. A wardrobe allowed for ample storage, and I was able to unpack my belongings (always a bonus!).

amazing location, super breakfast!!!
perfect location walking distance plentiful breakfast plenty of room
the location was perfect, just around the corner. lots of restaurants, shops, and sightseeing were at walking distance. the view over the water and harbor was the perfect morning view! the breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. our room was perfect for a family, and there was still plenty of room.

staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided quick assistance with any inquiries. the check-in process was easy. the hotel staff helped me with directions to local attractions, and they were available 24/7 to help.

fantastic experience, prime location!
helpful staff vegan options hotel gym excellent location
the staff was amazing! mary and rose at reception were particularly helpful. i found a dedicated section for vegan and gluten-free options at breakfast. the hotel gym has good machines, great for a workout. the location is excellent with easy access to metro, cafes, and vegan restaurants.
paying to store luggage after checkout felt a bit unusual.

The gym includes several machines for different body parts, such as chest, back, and shoulders, i noticed it features cable machines and a rowing machine. Some need oiling, though. a snack station is available near the reception area, it offers convenient options for quick bites and refreshments throughout the day.

the hotel is located near many sights. it is also close to a bus stop right outside the front doors and close to a metro station. i walked everywhere!

the room offered wardrobe space plus an iron and an ironing board. it had an adjustable air conditioning system. the shower had two settings, it was nice.
