the location was great! it was right in the heart of the city, near everything. the staff were helpful, always ready to assist with any questions i had.

I found the room slightly small for the price i paid. there were no issues. it felt smaller than expected.

quick-witted staff early check-in

i was charmed by the really good service. the staff was very cute and quick-witted, exceeding expectations. i asked to store my luggage before check-in, and the receptionist proactively checked for early check-in without my prompting.

i did notice street noise in the room throughout the day. it came from street entertainers, and it continued until 7pm.

Lovely stay with amazing service

excellent service warm welcome complimentary breakfast

Carlos, Yvvone, and Yorika provided really good service (i felt very welcomed). The staff were great too ensure my visit was amazing. I received complimentary welcome drinks, breakfast, and a room upgrade celebrating my anniversary.

I found the small details lacking. The remote control was not working. I had to get a replacement. There were no teabags in the room so i went down to reception again for tea.

The location is fantastic. It is near Piccadilly Circus and amazing theatres. It is also close to Shake Shack and the largest M&M store i have seen. This hotel has an ideal central position for exploring.

i was given a free upgrade which was lovely, thanks! the location was very convenient as my office is close. i had an very nice view from my room and the rooftop restaurant. the room was clean and quite spacious for one person.

the bar was very loud when i arrived, a live singer performed, but in my opinion, it was too loud.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. the location was ideal. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions. i found the rooftop bar offered delicious breakfast with cooked and continental options.

i asked for adaptors at reception for european chargers, but i was told to buy some at a nearby store.

The hotel location is very convenient. It is near Piccadilly Circus and many theaters. Breakfast had a good view of the city and kind staff.

I booked two rooms confirmed in early 2024. I was not contacted about this problem.
