Mixed feelings about this stay
basic breakfast street noise
I found a few things less than stellar. The breakfast was quite basic with just toast and cereal available. I missed any hot options. The room size was also VERY limited, barely enough space to move around with my luggage. Plus, the noise from the street at night made it HARD to sleep.

easy access clean bedding
The location near Victoria Station provided easy access. The room had clean bedding and bathroom facilities. i appreciated quiet and warm conditions. I found the staff very friendly.
the room felt quite small. there was no shampoo provided. i had to buy some.

good value and close to transportation
easy walk friendly staff extra pillows
the location was ideal, a very easy walk from victoria station. the included breakfast offered toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee. the staff were helpful, and i found them quite friendly. i was able to ask for extra pillows, appreciated. i also liked the kettle in the room complete with tea and coffee.

My room had modern decor. The bed felt very comfortable. I found the room and the provided linen to be clean (it was a relief).
The carpet in the hallway looked a bit tatty.
