nice mattress big bedroom poor location dark room
the mattress was nice. the bedroom was big. the staff was lovely everywhere. i am thankful.
the location of my room was not great. i was placed at the back of the building. office windows faced my room so i never opened the blinds. the room felt dark. i wasn't pleased.

a stay with minor drawbacks
convenient location friendly staff musky smell small bathroom
the location was convenient. it was close to several tube stations (i think it was euston square station which i frequently used), as well as oxford and regent streets. the reception staff were helpful and friendly. i felt well looked after.
my room felt a bit dated (i was staying in room 202). it had an unpleasant musky smell. the bathroom was small. the shower was over the bath which might be difficult for some to navigate.
