convenient location handy cafe complimentary water
the hotel is next to trafalgar square and charing cross station. the lobby has a handy cafe. complimentary water was replaced daily i found.

The location was really central. The room had modern furnishings and a nice complimentary bar. Breakfast and coffee at the lobby cafe were great. The team resolved a shower clog immediately. It was excellent.
The reception staff didn't always assist the coffee shop when they were busy.

The staff provided friendly and helpful service, especially at reception. They promptly addressed maintenance issues and offered assistance with directions and local information. I FOUND the team responsive to requests.
