great location cold drinks handy shop luggage storage
The location is great, near to many attractions. A fridge was helpful for keeping drinks cold. The hotel is close to a handy shop next door. Staff did allow luggage storage before check-in.
Wifi signal was weak . I found it difficult to rely on a stable internet connection in my room.

The room was very clean, and the bed provides comfort. Daily towels were provided. This was consistent. A tv was available for entertainment. This was very welcome after a long day.

The hotel is near Covent Garden and Leicester Square tube stations. Shopping and theater options are within walking distance. This is a big plus. I walked to many locations. This saved money.

Numerous coffee shops are very close to the hotel. Many restaurants are nearby too. Guests have lots of choices. That suited my schedule. I did find several options.

great location helpful staff room fridge small room poor wi-fi street noise
The location were great and i felt safe. staff members was really helpful with directions. my room had a fridge. It was such a big plus. I used it to store snacks.
The room were very small. this mean it was difficult to move around with my luggage. the Wi-Fi barely worked. It. also, the noise from the street kept get me up.
