excellent service and spacious suites
spacious suite early access helpful staff thoughtful touch
it included a kitchenette if we wanted to cook. a washing machine was available for our convenience. we arrived very early from our long flight. the management allowed us early access to our room. It was very thoughtful. the staff was helpful. after long days of walking, we found rose petals and bath salts, a nice touch.
the gym was small, i noticed few guests could use it simultaneously.

the hotel is near buckingham palace, about a five-minute walk. westminster abbey is approximately ten minutes away on foot. the area felt safe and quiet. the underground is within easy walking distance.

Our minsters beautiful two bedroom suite included comfortable beds. housekeeping left plenty of water and fruit each night. a combination washer and dryer was convenient. It helped keep everything fresh. each bedroom essentially had its own bathroom.

i stayed in a minsters beautiful two bedroom suite. the suite had a kitchen with a washing machine, really handy. the bathroom floors had heating.
the breakfast waffle cost £17. the quality of that waffle didn't match the expensive price, surprisingly.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workouts. the pool area had twenty loungers, and a shaded section was available. a lovely space for a relaxing time.

excellent service safe neighborhood convenient location
i wanted a residence with multiple bedrooms and this hotel fit the bill. the service was very good. the staff was great at every opportunity. the location is within walking distance of many popular attractions. i found the neighborhood quite safe (that's always a plus).

good room cleaning delicious breakfast superb location few electrical outlets cold staff unclean gym
the room cleaning was very good daily. breakfast was delicious. the location is superb! you could get to the palace in walking direction.
i found almost no electrical outlets in the room.. i had to unplug the lamps by the bed to recharge my electronics. the staff seemed cold, and i noticed very little smiles. the gym is now a disgrace, unclean and tiny.

dysfunctional television staff confusion
the hotel location proved convenient for accessing various attractions it was acceptable
the television in my room did not function throughout my stay i had to endure repeated attempts to repair it i found this disruptive and it significantly detracted from my enjoyment i was also disappointed by the lack of coordination among the staff it seemed a lot of them were confused about procedures
